He also has some minor oral motor issues. We have an AV therapist, a regular speech therapist, and an OT. He sees each one once a week. He has not gotten confused and the two speech therapies work really well together. He is talking much much more. Good luck.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9215523017394843004.post-4165091802004468632010-07-02T11:46:32.764-05:002010-07-02T11:46:32.764-05:00so glad things worked out!so glad things worked out!Christian and Lily's Mommyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00907650985364910773noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9215523017394843004.post-75402590645151739102010-07-02T11:46:25.359-05:002010-07-02T11:46:25.359-05:00so glad things worked out!so glad things worked out!Christian and Lily's Mommyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00907650985364910773noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9215523017394843004.post-60247277291743023892010-07-02T08:40:09.467-05:002010-07-02T08:40:09.467-05:00What a great "fit!" Our SLP has followed our general desire for Nolan (we don't have true AVT in the area at all), which is to pursue speech development, but also some sign language on the side for use in loud environments or swimming. It is so wonderful to have therapists that "get" the situation.

Here's to getting great therapy with a shorter commute!leahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05004783118268323560noreply@blogger.com
