I started my day with some crazy, unruly hair.
Some would say it looked like I had a curly mullett going on in the back, but my mom really loved my curls. My dad said it was time for them to go.
I sat pretty still in the chair for the lady cutting my hair, well for a one year old anyway.
Oh, dad please, not the slicked back comb over look ... I'm only one!
Bye-bye baby curls and hello big boy look! Mom almost cried.
AND I had my first sucker too! I actually liked chewing on the stick better ... then I could get my hands all nice and sticky and rub them all over my face!
and before we went home I rode on my first merry-go-round!
I loved it so much I got to ride those horses two times!

I love his big boy hair cut, Kemper is only 4 months and he has the comb over we call it his "business" hair do.
Oh, he is so cute! Those first haircuts are kind of hard- they make toddlers look so much older! Looks like he loved the lollipop!
Briggs has curls in the back too and I know I'll cry when we have to cut them off! He does look handsome with his new big boy haricut! Maybe the curls will come back??
He looks like a true toddler now! Isn't it amazing how fast they grow up?
OMG! You broke down and did it! He's so adorable... I just want to squeeze him!
